Questions, corrections, or want to share these tools with the people you serve? We’d like to hear from you.
Email usOfficers, agencies, and reentry programs
If you work in probation and parole, a sex offender registration unit, a sheriff’s office, a police department, or a reentry nonprofit, you’re welcome to share the Residency Check and the Jobs map of second chance job leads. If you know a better way to get these tools to people rebuilding after sex, violent, or other felony convictions, please tell us.
Corrections and data issues
Spotted a missing school or park, a wrong parcel, or a Jobs listing that’s closed or misspelled? Send the address and what looks wrong.
Second chance employers
If your business hires people with records and would like to talk about a future opt-in second chance employer listing, or you want a Jobs listing (from public registry workplace fields) updated or removed, email us.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give legal advice, approve an address, or confirm your supervision conditions. For those, contact your supervising officer, your registering agency, or an attorney. In an emergency, call 911.
Please don’t email case files, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal details. We never share your email address.
Read this before you rely on any result
- Not legal advice. The Residency Check is a screening aid. A “likely green” result is never permission to rent, buy, or move. Confirm every address with an attorney and your supervising officer or registering agency.
- Not a job guarantee. Jobs map listings come from public registry workplace fields. They are leads, not openings, and not verified second chance employers. Each employer makes its own hiring decisions.
- No harassment. These tools exist to help people rebuild. Never use them to locate, contact, report, or harass anyone, including people who work at a listed employer.
- Data can be wrong. Maps, parcels, and registry listings can be incomplete, misspelled, or out of date. Local ordinances, court orders, and supervision conditions are often not mapped.
